The Manager, Security Compliance & Risk Management is responsible for leading a team of professionals, administrators and technicians to maintain consistently high security and emergency standards for Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
Responsibilities:
Assess the latest security risk situations which may cause loss, damage or negative impact to cast, guests and company as a whole, discuss with relevant parties and develop plans for prevention and mitigation.
Develop and update emergency management plan for the Resort.
Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders with Government emergency services to conduct drills and exercises.
Conduct trainings, roadshows and awareness programs.
Coordinate with relevant parties for events, including development of security and safety plan, site coordination and conduct scenario-based exercises etc.
Review the Operating Guides of Security Operations and to make recommendations for changes according to risks.
Develop security training plans to maintain the performance and service levels.
Conduct Tier 1, 2 and 3 audit programs, red team exercise and surprise checks for different security functions.
Maintain a good and functional master key system & Permits Administration for the whole Resort.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder is preferred
At least 10-year of relevant experience. Experience in Security / Investigation sectors and Counter-surveillance for large operations is essential. Law enforcement background preferable
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
