Maintenance Planning Specialist

Monitor team budgets and manage accruals, forecasts, charge-in/outs and inter-company payments
Handle maintenance related administrative tasks, including the preparation of tenders and supporting documentations for contract renewals
Maintain system-controlled records, including maintenance planning change logs, training logs, and compliance qualifications to ensure safety and audit readiness
Analyze and provide data on maintenance, procurement and inventory for management review
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above, preferrable in Business, Engineering or Computing
Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience, preferrable in administration or procurement
Proficiency in MS Excel, experience in Power BI, SAP, Coupa and MAXIMO would be an advantage
Proven interpersonal & communication skills in dealing with both internal & external parties
Good verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English
