Execute and monitor the OTB, sales and margin plan of the assigned division.
Responsible for ordering and shipments follow up with vendors and partner with logistics team on corresponding logistics flow for the assigned division. Negotiate product cost and MOQ with vendor for reorders.
Understand and perform the forecasting model down to SKU level for the RMS at SIMBA
Performs business analysis detailing category sales and margin performance, recommending markdowns, and reflowing inventory as needed.
Formulate and monitor the product assortment, refreshment plan, leveraging strategy with product developers. Set up and monitor the assortment and style guide framework for Product Development team and Creative Development team.
Inventory management, initiate and execute liquidation plan.
Partner with location planning team to execute product strategy in location perspectives.
Collaborate with product developers to ensure that financial objectives align with product opportunities. Partner with Product Development team, utilizing historical data and current trends, to capitalize on new opportunities and identify risks.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines
At least 3 years of solid experience on product launch plan
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required
Good command of retail math concepts, applications and statistical analysis
Working knowledge of merchandise system, data mining, replenishment system and spreadsheet
Fluent spoken and written in English and Chinese
