Responsibilities:
- Control guest flow and ensure safety of Guests
- Interact with Guests, and handle their enquires & requests
Park Operations Host encompasses several fields. Beyond above duties, applicants will be assigned to specific positions listed below based on operational needs and response for:
Attractions Operations:
- Greet and welcome Guests into attractions and theatres in a sincere manner
- Screen for boarding requirement
- Load & unload guests from attractions / theatres / shows
Guest Flow:
- Give Guests an expectation of the performance
- Assist in managing various stage within park
- May be assigned to work in whole Park area
Main Gate:
- Control guest flow at turnstile areas
- Distribute souvenirs
- Assist in ticketing operations with cash handling duties
Resort Transportation:
- Direct Guests to take hotel guest shuttle services and control guest flow at queuing area
- Operate open carpark area & welcome Guests
- Transport, care and storage of Guests’ property
- Assis in parking and storage operations with cash handling duties"
Basic Qualifications:
- Roster will be scheduled according to operation needs, and based on Part Time type:
- Weekday part time: available to report duties on Mondays to Fridays.
- Weekend part time: available to report duties on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency in either English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
- Willing to work at various locations within the resort, including outdoor areas.
- Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting heavy items when needed.
- Good guest service mindset, independent and a team player with good communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
- Caring and being proactive.
- Ability to create an immersive and enjoyable experience for Guests.
- Able to connect with Guests through conversations, body language, and personalized interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant working experience in Guest Service role.
- Ability to speak and read in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Good command in other languages is an advantage.
Additional Information:
Schedule AvailabilityOur Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company. Actual work schedule and number of work days per week depend on workload demand.
