Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions given by Service Manager and Senior Technician and conduct routine preventative and corrective pest control
- Inspect and monitor the pest populations and keep records of known or seen pests
- Investigate on pest activities by putting out traps or bait boxes
- Respond to any immediate pest sightings in the theme park and the two hotels. Conduct responsive pest control, for example, chemical sprays, hand picking or catching, traps, high pressure water gun, etc to tackle and eradicate any pest problems
- Keep all pest management tools and equipment clean and tidy after use
- Conduct preventive maintenance, for example set and replace traps for rodents, cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, termites
- Prepare for emergency recovery work during or after inclement weather such as after typhoons and thunderstorms
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in landscape maintenance work including pest control
- Complete safety training on pesticide application
- Experience in identification of common landscape pests and diseases and their control methods, using different pest control tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of using powered gardening tools safely, pesticides application and pest handling and control methods are essential
- Handle dangerous animals such as poisonous snakes, stray dogs, etc
- Computer literate and good organizational skill
- Require to work on weekends, public holidays and regularly work at overnight shift
Preferred Qualifications:
- Holder of First-aid certificate and Class 2 driving license

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITYOur Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
