The Revenue Management & Pricing Manager (Hotel) is responsible for managing room inventory across all Hong Kong Disneyland Hotels to maximize revenue through an optimal balance of occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR). This role leads pricing and promotional recommendations, oversees group and trade business management, and delivers short‑ and long‑term forecasting to support financial and operational planning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead in‑depth analytical studies to evaluate hotel performance, support new initiatives, and conduct post‑implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage hotel room inventory through effective revenue management and pricing strategies, including pricing and quotation support for ad‑hoc group business.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure trade sales are effectively managed, including governance of sales calendars, rate guidelines, and pricing integrity.
- Provide strategic guidance to the Hotel Division’s Ten‑Year Plan and Annual Operating Plan, supporting long‑term growth and financial objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA and/or professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in revenue management, pricing, finance, or analytical roles, preferably within the hotel, hospitality, or large‑scale operations environment.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience conducting detailed financial and performance analyses.
- Proficiency with hotel revenue management systems and tools (e.g. IDeaS or equivalent).
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through clear, data‑driven recommendations and compelling communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of management.
- Experience in operations process improvement, productivity initiatives, or large‑scale operational environments is an advantage.
