- Ideate and execute marketing communication materials with a special focus on digital/social channels and the Mainland China market
- Work closely with other Marketing partners, Operations and Entertainment teams to understand the essence of each offering, and translate them into ideas that are relevant and engaging to our guests
- Identify, direct and supervise external creative partners, including advertising agencies and production houses
- Support different Line of Businesses by developing and implementing creative assets for communications of HKDL resort initiatives including Hotel, F&B, Magic Access, digital, Human Resources, Park Operations and Distribution Marketing
- Stay abreast of and share best practices in marketing communications creativity in the Mainland China market
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree in art, creative or related discipline
- 3 years+ of experience in Advertising and Marketing communications in Mainland China
- Strong creative instincts, ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Highly motivated and result-oriented; strong people and relationship building acumen; good communications skills in a multilingual environment
- Native Mandarin Chinese, conversational Cantonese Chinese and English
