Handle corrective maintenance requests, diagnose issues, and obtain quotations for office furniture, pantry items, and office supplies. Offer alternative solution; arrange site visit and negotiation with vendor if required.
Manage and keep track of inventory and replenishment for pantries and breakrooms, including purchase orders, delivery verification and payment process.
Support scheduling and planning for pantry/office equipment maintenance, vehicle cleaning, and furniture replacement.
Coordinate booking and upkeep of common facilities, support farmland program communications and enquiries.
Manage conference and guest rooms at offices and support mailroom operations when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in MNCs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer‑focused and solution‑oriented.
Able to manage conflicting requests, ensure compliance, and maintain fairness in service delivery.
Organized, detail‑minded, and able to balance user needs with company resources.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Candidates with a valid Hong Kong driving license are preferred
