Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate solutions for problem-solving and QA/QC for in-house and outsourced day-to-day corrective and preventive maintenance of building, architectural, and decorative elements (including furniture, paints, graphics, signage, props, drapery, etc.) to meet safety, functional, and show-quality standards.
- Monitor and manage maintenance databases in computer-aided systems (e.g., Maximo, FCS, Business Objects) and compile strategic reports to improve asset reliability and long-term maintenance efficiency.
- Organize and manage repair and maintenance workshops to facilitate routine maintenance for the resort.
- Coordinate, supervise, and manage contracts for external contractors.
- Support the delivery of seasonal events, development projects, and rehabilitation/enhancement initiatives.
- Plan, source, procure, and control spare materials and consumables.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) trainer to develop and update operational and technical training materials.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Fine Arts, Building-related subjects, Facility Management, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in decorative elements; candidates with less experience may be considered for the Associate Engineer position.
- Knowledge of construction and occupational safety standards and other statutory requirements for maintenance and construction projects.
- Technical expertise in materials and processes to support sustainable development.
- Strong technical know-how with solid experience in quality control and maintenance practices.
