Through innovative storytelling and a culture of collaboration, Hong Kong Disneyland's Entertainment team creates, produces, and delivers remarkable and engaging entertainment experiences.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and administer training for Cast Members in Entertainment
Maintain and update Cast Members' training records in the system
Ensure that only qualified Cast Members are scheduled to perform
Work closely with Trainers to coordinate various training sessions and provide administrative support
Attend training sessions and provide feedback to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Provide logistics and coordination support for any ad hoc projects in Entertainment
Prepare training reports
Provide logistics and coordination support for new cast arrivals
Occasional off-site work and weekend availability will be required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Team player with good organizational and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities
Proficient in MS Office applications and Outlook; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and basic Putonghua
