OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Ad Sales Planner Intern will be learning several technical tasks essential to the
success of the advertising sales and commercial inventory management of our
channels, supporting our Ad Sales planning team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Support the Manager with back-office tasks and inventory/commercial reports;
· Update values in the systems for campaigns related with special projects every
month;
· Import data from Yumi software to reconcile advertising breaks;
· Daily delivery of the playlists after the closing of our channel's commercial
breaks;
· Support the team to set up media agency advertising campaigns in Mydas
software;
· Assist management in internal advertising campaigns;
· Optimise the advertising campaigns by making data changes in the systems for
commercial inventory;
· Receiving and managing Video Ads.
EXPECTED AREAS OF COMPETENCE (i.e. Personal Skills & Attributes):
· Graduated in Media or other Social studies;
· Interest in learning about Television and Advertising;
· Proactive, motivated, versatile, responsible and with strong attention to detail;
· Good in using MS Excel and other technical skills;
· Must be fluent in English.
