This is a fixed-term contract position located at our Lisbon office in Portugal, requiring four days of on-site attendance per week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do

  • Create and oversee promo edits, marketing spots, title sequences, and a variety of communication assets.
  • Develop creative concepts for communication and marketing campaigns across linear and non‑linear environments.
  • Define and implement station promo strategies, aligning with brand guidelines and channel objectives.
  • Write voice‑over scripts and direct voice talent to ensure tone and delivery consistency.
  • Select and curate music from libraries to enhance promotional and branding impact.
  • Edit promos, integrating video, music, and sound effects to achieve the desired emotional and brand effect.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and production deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with motion designers to efficiently finalize projects.
  • Contribute to special projects, including shoots, marketing presentations, and other creative initiatives.
  • Support multi‑territory localization, partnering across regions to synchronize multiple audio versions and languages.

Role Requirements & Skills

  • Experience developing channel promotions within the TV or media sector.
  • Demonstrable expertise with non‑linear editing tools; advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of sound design, editing, and post‑production workflows.
  • A proven creative track record—able to generate original ideas, work calmly under pressure, and deliver results.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; you enjoy cross‑functional teamwork.
  • Experience in multi‑territory localization and managing international video projects across languages.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • University degree (or equivalent higher education).
