We are looking for an experienced Accounting Compliance Manager, Transfer Pricing to join our EMEA International External Reporting team, on a Fixed-Term contract until the end of October 2027!
As an Accounting Manager, the postholder will hold a key accounting position within the EMEA International External Reporting team and will be responsible for managing and reviewing end-to-end Transfer Pricing (TP) accounting calculations and processes across quarterly and yearend cycles, ensuring compliance with internal policies, tax requirements, and audit standards. This position supports our global and local Tax and compliance teams, and drives process improvements through automation, documentation, and cross-team upskilling.
The role will involve partnering with Global, Regional & Local Accounting/Controllership, Tax, Legal, Treasury, Operational Integration, Regional & Local Finance, Controllership & Compliance teams, to provide timely, expert compliance support.
Please note: This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

What You Will Do
Review and ensure delivery of accurate & timely quarterly and annual transfer pricing calculations for both US GAAP and local requirements.
Prepare and review annual local GAAP statutory transfer pricing templates, supporting the EMEA wide PwC audit requirements.
Assist the global & regional tax teams in the preparation of supporting tax schedules for tax calculations, analysis, ad-hoc modelling and tax audit requirements including transfer pricing documentation and intercompany support.
Prepare the segmented P&L for TP documentation and analysis using Alteryx.
Review EMEA wide Pre Tax Legal entity forecast submissions and ensure accurate capture of Transfer Pricing and Intercompany transactions.
Oversee the Mumbai team, ensure all key milestones and deliverables are completed on time and accurately. Provide coaching to support development of the team
Review quarter end Intercompany requests to ensure alignment with Transfer pricing policy and review entries posted.
Support audit requests related to transfer pricing models, calculations, and documentation.
Identify and drive areas of improvement within current accounting processes with the aim of maintaining the current high standard of service provided in a more efficient manner. Partner with Tax & Operations to review & implement automated solutions across Transfer Pricing and Intercompany.
Required Qualifications & Skills
A fully qualified Accounting Manager (ACA / ACA / CIMA / ICAEW) with strong technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP, Local GAAP, Intercompany), attention to detail and accuracy and an ability to manage tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Ability to work under pressure in an environment where priorities must be continually re-evaluated and adapted as possible.
Advance knowledge of Excel
Experience with SAP or equivalent accounting software.
Manages projects, processes and resources to produce desired outcomes.
Holds self and others accountable to high performance standards.
Experience with Alteryx or PowerBI would be desirable
Analyses problems effectively and takes action to resolve.
