About the Role & Team
Comprised of Disney’s international media businesses and the Company’s various streaming services, the Direct-to-Consumer and International segment aligns technology, content and distribution platforms to expand the Company’s global footprint and deliver world-class, personalised entertainment experiences to consumers around the world. This segment is responsible for The Walt Disney Company’s direct-to-consumer businesses globally, including the ESPN+ sports streaming service, programmed in partnership with ESPN; the upcoming Disney-branded direct-to-consumer streaming service; and the Company’s ownership stake in Hulu. As part of the Direct-to-Consumer and International segment, Disney Streaming Services, developer of the ESPN+ and Disney-branded streaming platforms, oversees all consumer-facing digital technology and products across the Company.
This Creative Operations Coordinator role will support the Creative Ops Manager and Supervisors in all areas of project management, across Disney +. This role will also help in the delivery and tracking of the Disney + marketing, make lists across our marketing teams.
This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Work closely with the Creative Ops Manager and Ops Supervisor across marketing campaign projects.
- Coordinate campaign project workflows and timelines of marketing workstreams, proactively ensuring deadlines are met by all parties.
- Support communication between Brief Owners, Creatives and Approvers.
- Proactively track campaign project workflows ensuring deadlines are met by all parties.
- Track and process delivery of campaigns.
- Coordinate and track creative approvals for Regional and EMEA local markets, working closely with the Regional Creative, Regional marketing, local EMEA markets, and US teams.
- Communicate status updates of work-in-progress projects to marketing teams in UK and local markets.
- Review briefs, ensuring all relevant & correct information is present.
- Ensure creative team are supplied with the content/ information they need to execute the brief.
- Provide a filter for creative pipelines and upcoming projects from local markets to streamline the approvals process.
- Quality control at all stages to ensure technical specifications and standards are met.
- Collate all required asset information as needed from multiple sources per campaign, including
- Support communication between Brief Owners, Creatives and Approvers.
- Responsible for ensuring correct planning tools and operational processes are in place to execute projects.
- Continuously work towards improving processes
- Maintain dept. handbook and guides
- Contribute to bi-weekly creative and marketing calls with project updates.
- Attend campaign briefing meetings when required.
- All other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience working in Media/Entertainment industry.
- An understanding of project management and the creative and operational production process
- Experience of working with schedules/timelines
- Highly organised with excellent ability to manage own and others time
- Pro-active can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in working with brands.
- Experience in working with multi-territory teams.
- Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of different video, audio, and print formats.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop an advantage
