Job Summary:

Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for an IT intern to join us for a 12-month placement.

In this role, you will provide IT system analysis and support services to our Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) teams, focusing on the core Disney Experience applications. You will be involved with engaging with teams across the creative, finance, retail and licensing teams across EMEA as well as the Global IT teams to build on your business and application knowledge. Over this internship you will develop expertise in providing application support solutions for all customers within our EMEA function. You will work to ensure customer expectations are managed and services are fulfilled for our range of internal & external partners.

Working in this remit will provide a fantastic springboard for your future career.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

Eligibility

  • Must be a second-year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2025

  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place

  • Available to start working full time in the summer of 2024

  • Interested in the area you are applying for; whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest

About you

  • Strong curiosity about either of the following areas: IT, computer system or business

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties

  • Strong MS Office skills
