As a Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of crafting and executing innovative campaigns that bring our beloved brands to life. This is a full-time role based out of the London office in Hammersmith, with 4 days in the office.

What You Will You Do

Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Contribute to annual marketing planning for brand, cross-franchise, and category-driven campaigns, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leaders and various teams to develop campaign materials, plan timelines, and support key partners and new business pitches.
  • Share plans with local marketing leads, facilitate regional integration, and promote best practices across markets.
  • Partner with brand commercialisation for seamless communication and innovative content.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee campaign workflows, track status updates, and manage budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate with creative teams and agencies to ensure production stays on budget and schedule.
  • Lead regular campaign status meetings, ensuring effective communication and tracking key milestones.
  • Allocate team resources to maximize strengths and development opportunities.

Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, identify priority SKUs, and leverage promotion commitments.
  • Partner with global marketing and media teams to develop creative toolkits and support campaigns across platforms.
  • Brief relevant marketing functions, work closely with creative teams to deliver assets, and ensure regional leads have necessary information.
  • Amplify campaigns across lines of business with BFM and regional media teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated success in leading multi-market consumer products marketing campaigns with regional budgets, delivering multi-platform campaigns (retail, experiential, digital, above-the-line), and managing allocated budgets.
  • Educational background in a related field or equivalent work experience in brand marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, leveraging social media channels, and creating content adaptable across languages and territories with cultural sensitivity.
  • Experience in relevant categories (Hardlines, Food+, Softlines) and understanding of multiple consumer product categories.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across departments to achieve financial targets and joint goals.
  • Blend of strategic and operational marketing skills, financial acumen, and a good understanding of retail marketing.
  • Thrives in a large corporate environment, understanding matrix organization dynamics, and driving internal focus through visual sales tools and compelling marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to achieve buy-in at all levels and craft compelling pitches.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote) and proficient in written and spoken English; other European languages are beneficial.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate industry trends into growth opportunities for TWDC, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and understanding market differences on a regional scale.
