About the Role & Team

Are you an expert partner marketing specialist? An opportunity has become available for you to join our team and help us tell viewers about our exciting content and deliver more magical moments for customers across EMEA! The Disney+ Partner Marketing Supervisor will be part of the UK&I and EMEA team supporting the day-to-day management of Disney+ partners in key markets. This role will be key to ensuring both existing strategic partners like Sky and O2 as well as new upcoming partners have the day-to-day support needed to drive marketing, engagement and subscriber growth for Disney+.

Supporting the Disney+ partnership marketing team, the supervisor plays an integral role in communication with both with internal stakeholders and partners, with a core responsibility of timely sharing of campaigns / assets with partners, enabling us to maximise partner marketing potential. The role will encompass being a point of contact for at least one key partner in UK&I with support from the Senior Partner Marketing Manager.

What You Will Do

  • Support in planning, implementing and reviewing partner campaigns
  • Ensure creative concepts and assets are developed to help sell in our key titles and adhere to both internal and studio guidelines
  • Be an active part of initiatives to drive subscriber growth and engagement for Disney+.
  • Provide regular communication on upcoming content drops and campaigns to enable long term planning
  • Build best practices with the ambition to support deliver of creative excellence
  • Support the set up and roll out of new processes (from approvals through to best-in-class case studies) along with other team administrative responsibilities
  • Establish strong working relationships with partnerships stakeholders - including commercial team, partnership procurement teams, and local markets

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in marketing and / or partnerships marketing
  • Experience on working with and presenting to external partners
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, manage and analyse campaigns
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong multi-tasker: managing multiple projects and campaigns at the same time
  • Shows initiative and is able to work in a fast paced, high-pressured environment
  • Experience writing briefs, managing media and creative agencies
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Exceptional communicator, with ability to quickly build relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within streaming and entertainment can be beneficial
