About the Role & Team

As a Partnerships Executive, you’ll play an important role in helping to deliver partnership activity that supports key commercial goals across Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager, you’ll help bring campaigns and collaborations to life, contributing to brand awareness, audience engagement and revenue growth across multiple markets. This is a varied role where you’ll have the opportunity to support partnership strategy, build strong relationships and help create impactful activity that connects with audiences in meaningful ways.

You’ll collaborate with a wide range of internal teams and external partners, including media, corporate alliance, retail and licensing partners across the UK and EMEA. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, brings strong organisation and communication skills, and is excited by the chance to contribute to creative, commercially driven partnerships within a global entertainment brand. This Fixed-term contract role, running until March 2027, will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do

  • Working alongside the Partnerships Manager, develop, pitch and deliver partnership marketing activity with relevant partners, taking ownership of projects and partner relationships across the full campaign lifecycle.
  • Identify and shape partnership opportunities that support the strategic goals of Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line, including concept development, negotiation and contribution to each brand’s annual operating plan.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, representing the team in meetings and pitches where needed and helping to identify solutions that meet shared objectives.
  • Review partner media plans and proposals, supporting negotiations and contract discussions to help maximise value and deliver strong outcomes for the business.

Implementation

  • Partner with legal, brand, marketing and creative teams to deliver engaging, brand-aligned campaigns, promotions and activations, ensuring a high-quality and compliant execution throughout.
  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for partners during campaign delivery, working closely with stakeholders across Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris and Disney Cruise Line to provide creative and strategic guidance across channels including TV, radio, digital and social.
  • Lead the coordination of campaign assets and content production, including TV shoots, radio broadcasts and owned media activity, from initial planning through to final delivery and execution.

Post-campaign evaluation

  • Evaluate campaign performance in a timely way, bringing together creative materials, results and insights to share back with the business and inform future planning.
  • Represent the partnerships team in cross-business marketing and franchise meetings, clearly communicating team priorities and creating materials that help engage and inform stakeholders on upcoming activity.

General

  •  Support the smooth running of partnership activity by managing campaign budgets, raising purchase orders and helping to ensure all processes are completed accurately and on time.
  •  Help coordinate prize fulfilment activity in the UK and Ireland, working with winners and internal teams to provide a positive experience, while operating in line with business conduct, compliance standards and departmental guidelines.
  •  This role may occasionally involve flexible or out-of-hours support linked to promotional activity and winner experiences.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience within a marketing and/or partnerships role in a major multi-national marketing environment
  • Working knowledge and understanding of media management across TV, radio, online and social
  • Demonstrated strategic and tactical skills related to implementation of marketing and sales plans
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience working in a similar field
  • Experience of operating and thriving in a large matrix organisation, beneficial
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Exceptional negotiation, organisational, project management and communication skills to balance marketing programs across three brands for optimal execution and success
  • Exceptional partnering skills – success will require building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Diplomatic approach to negotiations
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Highly analytical and results orientated
  • Innovative and creative approach
  • Computer literate, proficient in using key Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and spoken English for business use, essential
