About the Role & Team
This is a fixed term contract ending 9th September 2025 will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
Disney+ is a dynamic, fast paced business, so we need to be able to keep a cool head and think on our feet! You will be responsible for supporting creative requests from all Disney+ marketing touchpoints, ranging from ideation to artwork delivery and will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work demonstrating their passion for design.
This position is an in-house role working in the Creative team, under the Senior Design Manager (reporting to the Creative Director). Responsible for supporting creative requests from all Disney+ marketing touchpoints, ranging from ideation to artwork delivery.

What You Will Do
- Ideate and adapt concepts for multi-platform campaigns.
- Support the development of Key Arts for brand and IP campaigns.
- Produce and adapt digital campaigns across a wide range of formats, including display, rich media, print, in-app design, and partnerships.
- Build new and adapt existing email templates and campaigns sought at prospects and current members to build-ready stage.
- Use pre-set guidelines to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and wider product strategy
- Originate and adapt print campaigns including leaflets, flyers, OOH, magazine features.
- Provide design solutions for the website and across multiple campaigns
- Produce creative, innovative executions, working within the framework, allocated budget and timescale
- Work closely with the Senior Designers and Design Manager to ensure creative development is aligned and evolves alongside the service look and feel
- Consistently deliver within brand and service creative guidelines
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in streaming or media companies
- Experience supporting key visual development
- Background in ideation and brand campaign implementation
- Experience in digital design with a high volume of deliverables
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Basic knowledge of Figma
- Experience working with high-profile, fast-paced, consumer-facing brands
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing business demands on short notice
- Capable of multitasking across several work streams and delivering to deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of print design
- Experience with multilingual workflows is a plus
