Job Summary:

Position Summary

As a runner for ILM London’s Virtual Production Stage you will be the first point of contact helping ensure the smooth running of this department.  You will be a key member of our Stage support team, performing to a high standard as you get to know all areas of our Virtual Production facility and gain valuable insight into how the entire facility works.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support stage crew with errands, tasks, and equipment management.

  • Maintain clean, tidy, and well-stocked communal areas.

  • Assist with logistics, including deliveries and kit preparation.

  • Provide exceptional hospitality services to all employees and client visitors.

  • Manage MOCAP suits, including stock levels and cleaning.

  • Act as a point of contact for facility issues and building-related needs.

  • Possible requirement to attend different shoot locations to assist and support, looking after clients and high profile guests.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a working knowledge of Google-Suite.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a fluctuating workload.

  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with all levels of staff.

  • Flexibility to work shifted days and weekends as required.

  • Customer service experience 

  • Interest in virtual production and visual effects 

  • Understanding of camera equipment, packages, lenses, kits

This role is On-site, which means the employee is required to work full-time on-site at a Company designated location
