Senior Brand Commercialisation Manager

Are you passionate about building iconic brands and driving commercial success? Disney Consumer Products (DCP) is seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Commercialisation Manager to contribute to the growth and optimisation of Marvel and 20th Century, Lucas and/or Marvel franchises across the EMEA region. This role is integral in shaping strategies, creating opportunities, and collaborating with diverse teams to bring our brands to life for millions of consumers.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Development - Translate global brand strategies into actionable EMEA initiatives by leveraging consumer insights, financial analysis, and market trends.
  • Collaboration & Alignment - Partner with teams across Marketing, Retail, Creative, and Finance to align on strategies and ensure successful execution of brand plans.
  • Performance Tracking - Track and analyse brand health KPIs and financial performance, ensuring timely course corrections to achieve targets.
  • Market Opportunity Identification - Identify white space opportunities through detailed franchise analysis, consumer segmentation, and category insights.
  • Brand Communication - Drive the communication and mobilisation of brand plans, internally and externally, to support sell-in efforts and foster strong partnerships.

Experience Required:

  • Proven Expertise - Strong experience in brand management, commercial licensing, or marketing within physical and digital landscapes.
  • Collaborative Leadership - Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Proficiency in financial analysis and leveraging data to inform strategy and drive revenue growth.
  • Agile Problem-Solving - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and high-pressure situations with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Consumer and Market Insight - Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and category trends across the EMEA region.
