We are looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Advisor to join our team until the end of December 2026!

The successful Senior People & Culture Advisor will undertake a unique role that combines partnerships with our Media and Studio client groups.

The Senior P&C Advisor will work alongside the Senior P&C Partners for both hubs, with proactive and commercially focused support for a diverse client group (Studios Marketing and Distribution, DTC, Ad Sales, Internal Comms and Legal).

This is an active role in the day-to-day business support across the employee lifecycle and P&C initiatives such as organisational change, talent planning, diversity and inclusion, and culture transformation.

Key areas of work experience for the successful candidate to thrive will be: Headcount Management including Contingent Workforce, Employee Relations, management of special projects and initiatives, Talent Development initiatives and Talent Acquisition.

Please note: This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

What You Will Do

  • Work with the Senior & P&C Business Partner to support the business client groups and key stakeholders to deliver against the TWDC business and P&C strategy

  • Support the P&C Business Partners by facilitating and coordinating the maintenance of critical information and processes including headcount management, organisation charts, recruitment, ER case management, team performance, and reward. Maintaining the brilliant basics in order.

  • Work with the Senior & P&C Business Partner and business leads to identify organization challenges and trends, leverage HR metrics, and develop effective P&C solutions

  • Own appropriate employee relations conversations and end-to-end processes to include long-term sick, flexible working and performance management. Where necessary, collaborate with key stakeholders including Legal, Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and escalate as necessary to ensure appropriate resolution

  • Ensure employees and managers have a proactive and responsive contact point for HR queries and generalist advisory support, escalating as appropriate

  • Support the delivery of key P&C initiatives led by Business Partners and COEs, such as salary planning, talent planning, performance management, and organisation change to ensure alignment in approach across the UK HR team

  • Pro-actively interface with the P&C Centers of Excellence to obtain specialist resources and guidance to support the integration of deliverables and business operations, including Workforce Planning, HR Operations, Talent & Growth, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations & Wellbeing

  • Lead and participate in several upcoming Special projects and initiatives withing the P&C team in a diverse range of focus areas.

  • As a member of the P&C team it is important that key learnings are shared within the team to ensure the team is effective and efficient.  Pro-actively share knowledge/insights/external learnings to ensure the team is kept up to date and a culture of feedback that enables ongoing improvement is developed

  • Be an active member of the P&C community, building relationships across the wider team and supporting initiatives and projects as required

  • Apply commercial thinking and an understanding of the business and HR to provide pragmatic and informed HR solutions and ideas which meet both the business needs and fit with the HR agenda

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in client/customer facing HR support role

  • Evident experience of multi-national, fast-paced, progressive commercial organisations

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills

  • Fast and effective relationship builder across all levels and geographies

  • Demonstrable experience of grasping issues quickly and delivering effective and efficient solutions

  • Ability to adopt a consultant style approach to the role, partnering with senior managers, developing good relationships both within and external to the organisation

  • High level of personal credibility and ability to engage with the business and to exercise sound judgement

  • Well organised and able to manage multiple projects/relationships

  • Self-starter and able to work autonomously in broader HR topics

  • Demonstrable track record of delivering value-adding HR solutions

  • Familiar with relevant HR-oriented technologies and computer literate (Experience of SAP & WorkDay is desirable)

Preferred but not Essential

  • Experience of working with marketing, media, and creative client groups or businesses

  • Experience gained within a US multi-national or similar matrixed organisation

  • Specific EMEA experience would be highly advantageous

  • CIPD (or equivalent qualification) or working towards qualification

  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple projects/relationships

  • Self-starter and able to work autonomously (requiring minimal supervision)

  • Demonstrable track record of delivering value-adding HR solutions

  • Familiar with relevant HR-oriented technologies and computer literate (Experience of SAP is desirable)

  • Able to operate and work effectively with MS Office Suite:- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
