Are you a forward-thinking, analytically minded Senior Research Analyst looking for a new opportunity? We would love to hear from you here at the Disney+ team! A role has become available in our team which would offer you the opportunity to help the business build its understanding of customer needs, behaviours and attitudes, and specifically how this drives Disney+ brand affinity, customer acquisition and retention for our Disney+ business.
Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company’s new Direct to Consumer video entertainment service. The service consists of long form and short form video built around five key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star)
The Disney+ team is responsible for the daily operation of Disney+ across Europe and Africa, specifically focused on marketing, customer acquisition and retention, partnerships and synergy, content programming, research and analytics.
The senior analyst at Disney+ will demonstrate excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work across the Disney+ teams and with third party service providers to identify business needs and deliver customer insights.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week at our Disney offices in Hammersmith.
What You Will Do
- Support in all areas of the Disney+ marketing effectiveness programme including brand and campaign tracking, creative testing and positioning research.
- Day to day management of EMEA Disney+ brand and campaign tracking across 26 EMEA markets including; reporting set up, questionnaire design and dashboard development when required.
- Support creative testing of marketing assets across static, audio and visual.
- Support with brand drivers analysis to identify key business critical metrics and commercial target setting.
- Work closely with the marketing analytics team to support measurement of ongoing marketing testing/experimentation and contextualising results.
- Shared responsibility for adhoc analysis and requests across the insights programme alongside coordinator and analyst.
- Collaborate with local market research teams within EMEA to ensure local nuances are represented and sharing best practice and guidance where applicable.
- Liaise with global research team for ongoing development of global initiatives and represent the EMEA perspective to ensure insights support the business at both a global and EMEA level.
- Support Senior Manager in adhoc strategic projects including developing agency briefs, commissioning, and creating compelling debrief materials.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience of analytical and market research techniques, specifically quantitative tracking
- Knowledge and strong experience of research tools e.g. SPSS, Survey Reporter, TGI, Q, Qualtrics
- Experience presenting strategic insights to senior level stakeholders
- Capable of crafting a narrative with actionable recommendations from research data and insights
- Excellent partner management across multiple functions and external providers
- Sophisticated skills in excel, strong PowerPoint proficiency.
