Job Summary:

General management: 

  • DCP Stock Control 

  • Online materials coordination and web pages 

  • Regional and local reporting management 

  • Support in all projects related to Corporate Citizenship, DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) 

  • Regular report of initiatives through daily contact with regional office 

  • Support other business lines with their Cause Marketing initiatives 

  • Proactive proposal of new ideas 

  • Optimization of the annual budget 

  • Communication creative design 

Support in Internal Communications: 

  • Support development and evaluations of local events and protocols. 

  • Help coordinate internal events 

  • Develop projects creativity 

  • Write articles for the internal web page 

  • Help gather content for monthly newsletter  

  • LinkedIn account support 

 

Support in CSR: 

  • Help implement CSR Strategy 

  • Execute local CSR initiatives and projects 

  • Build and maintain outstanding relationships with NGOs and non-profit local organisations 

  • Donation’s management: reporting all CSR and charity initiatives into Disney’s reporting systems (Hei Hei, Cybergrants, etc). 

  • Coordinate volunteering programme (Disney VoluntEARS). Average of 15 activities per FY. 

  • Organization and development of annual internal product market
