General management:
DCP Stock Control
Online material’s coordination and web pages
Regional and local reporting management
Support in all projects related to Corporate Citizenship, DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)
Regular report of initiatives through daily contact with regional office
Support other business lines with their Cause Marketing initiatives
Proactive proposal of new ideas
Optimization of the annual budget
Communication creative design
Support in Internal Communications:
Support development and evaluations of local events and protocols.
Help coordinate internal events
Develop projects creativity
Write articles for the internal web page
Help gather content for monthly newsletter
LinkedIn account support
Support in CSR:
Help implement CSR Strategy
Execute local CSR initiatives and projects
Build and maintain outstanding relationships with NGOs and non-profit local organisations
Donation’s management: reporting all CSR and charity initiatives into Disney’s reporting systems (Hei Hei, Cybergrants, etc).
Coordinate volunteering programme (Disney VoluntEARS). Average of 15 activities per FY.
Organization and development of annual internal product market
