About the Role & Team
We are looking for HRBP Manager to ensure a professional, effective and proactive integral HR for the designated Lines of Business in Spain in order to help them and their managers to reach the business objectives. This should be done by following the global HR objectives and guidelines. As well as to provide Spanish employees with a client focused, proactive, effective and professional service.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our Madrid office and 1 day from home.
What You Will Do
Be a partner of the business, understanding its financial performance and helping to identify the right HR strategy and objectives. Develop an HR strategy in conjunction with the functional managers and the HR head, for the LOB assigned.
Help to put in place the strategy providing the support in all areas of HR: recruitment, training and development, labor relations, internal communication, compensation & benefits, career plans, employee surveys, etc. For all this you must work closely with COE´s representatives.
Collaborate with Regional HR in order to put in place general policies and keep them updated about all relevant issues.
Be the facilitator of improvement processes concerning performance, organizational redesign, change management and internal communication. You should work with the business to identify problems, hold the necessary meetings and help the business to achieve the desired state.
In conjunction with team managers and business managers, you will develop a communication strategy to deploy the vision and organize proactively team building and change management actions.
Give advice concerning specific HR tools and help to make the managers responsible for their team management.
Be very much involved in onboarding programs for new employees as well as exit process.
Promote career moves, trying to create cross- LOB’s career moves and assuring retention of the talent pool.
Identify continuously new possible services and improvements.
Promote the HR services by making the results visible and communicating the successes. You will help achieving a culture which promotes feedback, a high level of service delivery, quality and quick responsiveness. The aim is to create an environment for ongoing improvement.
Support the HR head in any general HR issues and support the HR head in ad hoc projects across LOB if needed.
Make sure of involving the rest of the HR team, working together and supporting them.
Develop and deliver budgets for personnel operations (AOP, Forecast, HC Management reporting).
In collaboration with the Head of LOBs, conducts and delivers the key compensation cycles for the country (Merit, Bonus, RSU, etc.) working closely with the Regional C&B team, to ensure provision of accurate consolidated local data and guarantee internal equity with the rest of LOBs and external coherence.
Support annual target setting and review process for any incentive plans. Training sessions per LOBs will be needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills

At least five years experience in HR in a multinational environment, preferably in a generalist job.
University Degree.
Specific HR or business training.
Excellent knowledge of Spanish HR environment: labor relations, legislation, cultural environment, etc.
Fluent in English, Spanish is a must.
Computer literate.
