Job Summary:

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Support to the creative supervisor managing with the necessary creative materials for theatrical and following platform releases.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Management of creatives and other materials with the advertising agency (quality control of proposals, “brand control").
  • Coordination with the media / digital agency (control of timings and campaign materials).
  • Coordination of request and delivery of materials for Own Media.
  • Participation in Brainstorming’s and development of ideas.
  • Coordination of online materials and web pages.
  • Management of international and internal reporting documents.
  • Support to the different departments (Social media, partnerships, PR…) by providing the necessary creative materials.

EXPECTED AREAS OF COMPETENCE (i.e. Personal Skills & Attributes):

  • Ideally Bachelor in Marketing and Communication or Management

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:

  • No experience required

QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE DESIRED:

  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proactive and self-starter.
  • Organized.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask.
  • English fluency.
