About the Role & Team
The Partnerships & Ad Sales Enablement Manager supports local execution of Disney’s go-to-market strategy across Brand Partnerships and Ad Sales, aligned with regional priorities and frameworks. This role translates global and regional direction into effective local market execution by adapting approved sales narratives, materials, and partnership approaches while ensuring consistency with regional standards and messaging. Acting as a connector between local commercial teams and regional stakeholders, the Manager enables a unified, client-ready commercial offering and supports revenue growth through strong commercial storytelling, effective execution, and structured local market feedback.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.

What You Will Do
Sales Enablement, Sponsorship & Partnerships
Adapt and localize regionally developed sales materials, presentations, pitches, sponsorship packages, and commercial propositions for the local market
Support local commercial teams in tailoring proposals and sales responses for key clients and strategic accounts, in line with regional guidelines
Ensure consistency of tone, storytelling, and market-facing materials across Brand Partnerships and Ad Sales
Contribute local market insight, client feedback, category trends, and commercial learnings to regional Sales Enablement teams
Support local input into integrated partnerships spanning media, content, sponsorship, and platform distribution, including Disney+ distribution through third-party ecosystems
Brand Integration & Creative Execution
Support the identification and execution of brand integration opportunities within the local production slate
Provide local market input into hosted formats, branded content, and custom activations
Partner with creative, production, and commercial stakeholders to assess feasibility, ensure execution quality, and protect brand integrity
Trade Marketing, B2B Activation & External Partners
Support local B2B trade marketing planning and execution
Identify relevant local trade events, conferences, festivals, and industry opportunities in line with priorities and budgets
Oversee development of local branded materials, promotional assets, and client gifting
Manage relationships with local agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery
Cross-Team Coordination & Regional Alignment
Act as the local point of coordination across Brand Partnerships, Ad Sales, and regional stakeholders
Ensure local execution aligns with regional priorities, processes, standards, and commercial direction
Facilitate timely communication and escalation of market needs, opportunities, risks, and constraints
Promote a unified commercial approach across Brand Partnerships and Ad Sales in market
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience in media, advertising, partnerships, or sales development, ideally within streaming, digital platforms, major movies studios, or the broader entertainment industry
Strong understanding of advertising sales dynamics, branded content, sponsorship models, and partnership ecosystems
Experience developing or adapting high-impact sales materials, commercial presentations, and client-facing narratives
Strong stakeholder management skills within a complex, matrix organization
Strong commercial judgment with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
Ability to interpret client and market needs and translate them into relevant, high‑quality local commercial responses
Strong communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across local, regional, and global teams
Commercial storytelling capability with local market relevance and impact
Execution excellence with high-quality, timely, and consistent delivery
Strategic awareness while operating effectively at local level

Fluency in English and Italian for business use is essential.
