Job Summary:

Within the Theatrical Distribution team, the Theatrical Sales Analysis & Reporting Coordinator will be in charge of supporting the team in analyzing the Italian theatrical market. The person in charge will collaborate daily with the local Theatrical Sales team as well as with the EMEA Studio team.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:

Strategic Data Analysis

  • System maintenance and daily data updates.
  • Provide Management with insights to support the definition of Theatrical Distribution Division strategy through pro-active analysis of the Italian theatrical market.

Reporting

  • Oversee Theatrical Distribution Division reporting system, ensuring well-established regular (e.g. Title’s GBO comparison, competitive report, yearly report for the Regional Office) and ad hoc reports as well as the development of new ones to both TWDCI top management and EMEA Regional Office.
  • Develop strategic presentations for Top Management.
  • Others
  • Support to the Business Manager in contract negotiations.
  • Supply both Studio marketing and the Disney Plus team with theatrical data when needed.
  • Support the Theatrical Sales team when needed with operational tasks.

The Experience & Skills We Require from You:

  • Theatrical experience and/or passion for film preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; experienced in data maintenance and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of a data visualization tool (e.g. Power BI) is preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English language.
  • Capacity to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders is preferred.
