ジョブ・サマリー:
ライセンスビジネスにおける商品のデザイン提案および監修
ライセンシー、クライアント企業のニーズや市場トレンドにあったクオリティの高い商品デザインの提案や監修を行い、ディズニーのゲストエクスペリエンス、ブランド価値の最大化に貢献していただきます。
職務内容:
- Disney, Pixar, MARVEL, Star Wars, 20世紀スタジオブランドを最大限に活用し、各ライセンシー企業のニーズに応じたデザイン、アイデアを提供し、パートナーシップを強化する
- ディズニーのラインセンスビジネスにおいて、アカウントマネジメントチーム、およびマーケティングチームと連携し、売上およびブランド価値を最大化するためのクリエイティブ・デザインを提供する
- バディとなる営業担当と協業して担当ライセンシーへの企画提案を行い、CPGPの施策に合ったフランチャイズの商品化の最大化を促進する。
- 担当カテゴリーの商品、ブランドに関して、最新の消費者・市場トレンドを把握し、チームへ共有・提言する
- ライセンシーとのワークフローの管理
- WEBシステムを通しての担当ライセンシーの商品デザイン監修
必須条件:
- 3年以上の社会人経験、グラフィックデザインの実務経験（イラストレーター、フォトショップ、keynoteの基礎技術）
- グラフィックデザインの作成（イラストレーター、フォトショップを使用して商品デザイン提案を作成。）
- 一般消費財/パッケージ/トレンド分析/商品開発プロセス/グラフィックデザインへの見識
- 消費者・市場・小売業界トレンドの把握能力
- ファッション業界の基礎的な知識があれば尚可
- 新たなコンセプト、アイデアを競争力のある商品へと具現化し、社内メンバー、ラインセンシーへ自身でプレゼンできる能力
- クライアントのニーズをチームで共有し、自身でデザインに反映させる能力
- 高いコミュニケーションスキル、チームプレイヤー
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
