ペイロールベンダーと連携し給与がタイムリーかつ正確に支払われるよう、人事およびオペレーション担当と連携し給与計算業務、必要な法定申告を処理し管理します。
大規模な外資系企業にてペイロールベンダーと連携して、日本の給与を処理した経験をお持ちの方を求めます。
職務内容:
主な職務は以下になります。ただし下記に限定はされません
- タイム＆ペイロールの日本チームメンバーとして給与計算業務をサポートする
- 決められた給与支給日に正確な金額を支給できるように努める
- ペイロールベンダーが作成したレポートを確認する
- ペイロールベンダーと社内担当者との関係を調整し、タイムリーで正確な給与計算を実施する
- 給与関連の法定義務事項を確実に実行する
- 入社・退社・変更事項等、固定・変動給与に関連する全ての必要データが、ペイロールベンダーのシステムに連携されていることを確認する
- タイムリーで正確な給与計算プロセスを確実にするため、ペイロールベンダーと会社の関係を調整する。問題事項はマネージメントへ報告をする
- 日本での給与計算プロセスをより良くするため、給与計算に関する情報（プロセスフロー、SOP、方針、手順等）の改善を提案する
- 法定/税務申告に関する書類等を処理し、タイムリーにペイロールベンダーが処理していることを確認する。
- 社員や部門の担当者からの問い合わせに、プロフェッショナル且つタイムリーに対応し、プロセスで懸念等があれば解決する
- 給与がGLに正しく計上されるよう経理部門と連携する
- ペイロールベンダーの請求書の処理
- GHRO、C&B、経理部門等社内部門等との関係構築
Requirement:
- 会計・経理または経営学の学位
- 日本でのペイロールベンダーとの給与計算の経験
- 2,000人以上の社員規模の給与計算の経験
- ペイロールベンダーとの給与計算業務の経験
- HRやオペレーション担当と連携し給与計算に必要な情報の収集ができること
- 経費や福利厚生関連の社員の税金に係る知識
- EXPATSの税金、給与計算の経験
- ペイロールベンダーEY（Ernst & Young社）との業務経験があれば尚可
- SAP (HR & Finance) と Workdayの人事システムの経験があれば尚可
- PCスキル（エクセル必須）
- 英語でメール及び口頭にてコミュニケーションができること
