自社の有料専門チャンネル（ディズニー・チャンネル、ディズニージュニア、Dlife、ナショナル ジオグラフィック）の売上の最大化を目指し、CATV局などの取引先とのビジネス条件交渉、ビジネスタームの作成・合意、契約書の締結までを、社内ステークホルダーとの調整も含めて責任をもって実行する。また、既存の取引先に対して、永続的な取引継続のため、能動的なマーケティングサポートおよび良好なリレーションシップの構築・維持を行う。
Responsibilities
- 担当エリアにおける自社4チャンネルの販売戦略の立案、及び実行
- 取引先とのビジネス条件交渉、新規/追加契約の獲得、及び契約更新
- 既存取引先の満足度向上および売上最大化を目的としたマーケティングサポート及びタイムリーな情報提供
- 各種関連団体の会合・活動への参加、放送・配信業界に関する情報収集及び社内への情報共有
- 各取引先のステークホルダーとのリレーションシップマネジメント
- ディズニープラスの販売提携先として、既存取引先のポテンシャルの検討・開拓、及び提携後のマーケティングサポート
- 上記、業務遂行に必要な社内各部署との連携・調整、及びそれらの円滑化のための付帯業務への参加・関与
- 国内出張あり
Qualifications and Experience
- 3年以上のB to Bセールスまたは、対外的な渉外業務の経験
- 円滑なコミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーションスキル（口語及び文語）
- メディア／エンターテインメント事業への強い関心
- パートナー企業とのビジネス交渉経験（契約締結経験 ※あると望ましい）、またはパートナー企業とのリレーションシップマネジメント経験
