職務内容:
- 業務詳細
- 新商品の初回アロケーション作業
- 初回アロケーションのイレギュラー対応(上記「新商品の初回アロケーション作業」に間に合わなかった商品の都度対応、DCINからアロケまで時間がないものは優先棚上げの依頼、緊急アロケ（IP使用）を実施)
- 販売済商品のリピートアロケ
- 新店/閉店のアロケーション作業
- 売り上げに応じた在庫の店舗間移動の作業
- 担当領域
- 商品部で取り扱うすべてのDept・商品が対象
必須条件:
- 3年～5年の業務経験
- 業界としては基本的に小売業が前提
- 商品企画、製造、販売を一貫して行っている企業であればなお好ましい
- 基本的なプランニング業務（販売に基づく在庫・発注コントロール）の業務を行った経験
- 販売チャネルへのアロケーション業務を行った経験があればなお望ましい
- ただしプランニング業務未経験のバイヤー（商品企画）経験者であれば、数値をハンドルするスキルに長けている場合は面接の結果判断の予定
- 単店を対象よりも、複数店・全店単位での管理を行っていることが望ましい
- 小売業における仕入・在庫管理・販売の基本的な知識を持っていること
- 上記に加えて貿易・物流・サプライチェーンに関しての知識を保持していればなおよし
- エクセルを使用した数値処理のスキル
- 関数（If, Sumif, Sumproduct, Countif, Vlookup, Match, Index等）
- ピボットテーブル
- マクロが使用できればなおよし
- 単に定量的な数値データの分析のみではなく、データの裏側にある特性や販売動向といった定性的な情報に対しても関心を持てること
- 弊社の取り扱っている商品（ファッション商品、ホーム商品、ぬいぐるみ他）自体に関心を持てること
- 論理的かつ説得力のあるプレゼンテーションを、パワーポイントを使用し実施できるスキル
- 英語力（英文のメールを読解でき、返信できるレベルが必要）
