本ポジションは、愛されるキャラクターをさらに魅力的にし、ライセンス事業のストーリーを広げるためのアート制作です。アートチームは、各フランチャイズが掲げる主要な戦略を深く理解し、消費者の視点に立ち、グローバルな規模で定義された方向性を明確に表現するアートを制作しています。
職務内容:
- ブランド／フランチャイズ戦略、ニュー・エクスペリエンス、最新のアートトレンド、および各地域の文化的特性を踏まえた新規アートの開発
- シニアマネージャー（アーティスト）へのレポートラインのもと、各種アート開発やキュレーション等の戦術的プランニングをリードし、ライセンシング・スタイルガイド向けのアート開発を推進
- OBJアセットの制作および監修を通じたキャラクター性およびストーリーテリングの開発
- グローバルのクリエイティブチームおよびプロダクトデザインチームとの連携により、クリエイティブおよびビジネス双方の目標を達成する質の高いアートを創出
- キャラクターアート開発におけるセンター・オブ・エクセレンスを強化し、ストーリーテリングを通じて世界水準のブランド体験を提供
必須条件:
- 美術大学またはデザイン専門学校におけるファインアート／デザイン分野の学位、または同等の資格
- グラフィックデザイン、キャラクターアート、またはマーチャンダイズデザインにおける実務経験5年以上
- 優れた3Dモデリングスキル
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 柔軟性が高く、細部に注意を払える方
- 個人成果だけでなく、チームワークでの成果に喜びを見いだせる人
- 高い影響力および推進力
- 母国語レベルの日本語と初歩的な日常会話レベルの英語
- PCスキル（Mac、Illustrator、Photoshop、Fresco、Keynote）
- 多岐に渡るステークホルダーと連携が出来る方（チーム内のすべてのアーティストおよびグラフィックデザイナーに加え、オペレーション、プロダクション、パッケージング、プロダクトデザイン、ブランドマーチャンダイジング、ライセンシング、フランチャイズ、リテール部門と連携。さらに、アメリカおよびEMEA地域のアーティスト、Pixar、Animation Studios、Marvel、Lucasfilm、20th Century Studios（20CS）との連携あり）
