映画館やディズニープラスで公開・配信される作品のパブリシティ業務
職務内容
- 映画館及び、ディズニープラスで公開・配信される各タイトルのパブリシティを通じて露出の最大化を図る
- 各作品ごとのパブリシティ戦略の立案と実行、パブリシティリードのサポート
- 宣伝プランに基づき、日本のメディアやターゲットにあうパブリシティ切り口の創出
- 宣伝プランに応じたリリース配信スケジュールの立案
- イベントのプランニング＆実施
- 予算管理・スケジュール管理・外部宣伝会社のパフォーマンス向上サポート
- アメリカ本社やＡＰＡＣとの調整
- 主要メディアとの関係値の構築
- 吹き替え声優事務所との関係値の構築
必須条件
- パブリシティ業務経験3年以上（コンテンツパブリシティの経験があることが望ましい）
- マーケティングの実務経験者。パブリシティ現場経験者がなおよし。
- メディア・媒体との交渉経験
- 海外との対外的な渉外業務の経験
- メディア向けリリースを作成経験
- 洋画邦画幅広く宣伝経験
- 英語のコミュニケーション能力（素材のやり取りなど簡単なやり取りを英語で海外とできるレベル。今後英語力を向上するために英語を勉強する意思がある）
- 日本語での円滑なコミュニケーションスキル（口語及び文語）
- エンターテインメント・コンテンツへの興味、知識、愛情
- タスクマネジメントスキル／複数のタスクを優先順位付けし、期限内に実行する能力

- 協調性があり、コミュニケーション能力が高い
- メディア向けイベントの企画、運営経験がある
- 宣伝に関する全体スケジュール管理、予算管理ができる
- １つのプロジェクトに関してリーダーとして現場を仕切ったことのある
- 洋画邦画、または配信プラットフォーム、テレビ局などでの宣伝経験がある
- エンタメの流行に敏感にタイムリーに情報をキャッチアップできる
- チームワーク／多くの部門や関係者と連携して、チームワーク良く仕事ができる
- 主体性／自ら課題設定を行い、問題解決を行うことができる
