今日のビジネスにおいて、テクノロジーとデジタルはあらゆるビジネスの成功に不可欠な要素です。Direct-To-Consumer Retail（DTCR）のテクノロジー＆デジタル部門は、DTCR組織の中核となるチームであり、ディズニーストアやDisneystore.jp（eコマース）を含む小売事業のデジタル化（DX）を推進しています。
その中でも、特に顧客データや商品の購買データ、在庫管理の一元化と効率化は今後のマーケティング活動を行う中でも必要不可欠の分野となっており、各ビジネスをつなぐ統合データシステムとネットワークの整備が急務となっています。
Disney storeビジネスで使用する在庫および購買データの管理並びに統合化の推進がこの職務の役割です。
IT Strategy & Planning
⮚ データ統合基盤と各データの流れを整備し、ディズニーのIT能力の強化を図る
⮚ 各プロジェクトのROIを検証し、進捗状況を確認する
⮚ テクノロジーソリューションプロジェクトのプロセスを整備する
⮚ 中長期的なIT投資計画の策定。中長期的なDTCR成長戦略におけるIT貢献戦略を包括的に計画する。
System Development Project (Tech Solution)
• 新規サービスの立ち上げを推進し、DTCデータ基盤の全体像を再構築する
⮚ ビジネスリーダーと緊密に連携し、要件を明確化する
⮚ サービス立ち上げに向け、開発パートナーと協力する
⮚ サービス立ち上げ活動（設計、開発、テスト、運用設計、立ち上げ）を主導・管理する
⮚ 技術ソリューションチームのメンバーを指導・育成する
System Sustainment (Sustainment & Enhancement)
• 既存サービスの管理および強化
⮚ 課題管理および維持管理
⮚ 日本国内の45店舗のインフラ
⮚ セキュリティ監査 – TRON など
⮚ アーキテクチャ設計、ロードマップ
⮚ 必要に応じて、機能強化活動を明確化し、主導する
Vendor Management
⮚ すべての関連サービスプロバイダーおよび第三者の担当者との間で、効果的かつ前向きでプロフェッショナルな関係を維持する
Team Management
⮚ 技術ソリューションチームおよび維持・機能強化チームのメンバーを指導・育成する
- DB環境の構築
- データウェアハウスの設計経験
- BI(Business Intelligence)の経験者
- PM経験(大規模システム改修)
- 10年以上のシステム開発経験（実務開発経験を含む）
- システム開発プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント（またはプロジェクトリーダー）の経験
- 開発パートナーと連携してプロジェクトを主導した経験
- ビジネス要件に基づいた技術設計（ソリューション設計）の経験
- 小売業界での実務経験（あれば尚可）
求められるスキル
技術スキル
- データベーススペシャリスト/SQLServer(MS Database Admin) / Oracle Gold 以上 / または同等のデータベース資格保有
- ETLの理解
- 基幹システムに対する理解
- システム開発スキル（Java、SQLなどを用いた実務開発を含む）
- 技術設計（ソリューション設計）
- ネットワーク・セキュリティに関する基礎知識
- モバイルアプリ開発に関する基礎知識（あれば尚可）
