今日のビジネスにおいて、テクノロジーとデジタルはあらゆる事業の成功に不可欠な要素です。ディズニーストアジャパンのテクノロジー＆デジタル部門は、TDSJ組織の中核となるチームであり、ディズニーストアやDisneystore.jp（eコマース）を含む小売事業のデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）を推進しています。私たちは、実店舗（ディズニーストア）、eコマース（Disneystore.jp）、物流、マーケティング、マーチャンダイジングなど、各部門のビジネスリーダーと緊密に連携しています。当社の事業内容は、eコマースプラットフォームの機能強化、実店舗のデジタル化、モバイルアプリ、実店舗スタッフ向けアプリ、その他多様なリテールテック関連の取り組みを含んでいます。この役職の責任は、DXソリューションチームおよびサステインメント＆エンハンスメントチームを統括することです。
Areas of Responsibility
技術組織の設計
事業部門のリーダーと緊密に連携し、コンシューマー・プロダクツ部門全体でのデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）を推進するために必要な技術ソリューションの優先順位を決定する
ITガバナンスを担当し、ディズニーのIT能力の強化を図る
各プロジェクトのROIを検証し、進捗状況を確認する
技術ソリューションプロジェクトのプロセスを構築する
中長期的なDTCR成長戦略の中でのIT貢献戦略を包括的に策定する
組織の未来設計を策定する
システム開発プロジェクト（技術ソリューション）
新規サービスの立ち上げを推進する、
TDSJシステムの全体像を再構成する
経営陣と緊密に連携し、要件を明確にする
サービスの立ち上げに向け、開発パートナーと協力する
サービスの立ち上げ業務（設計、開発、テスト、運用設計、およびローンチ）を主導・管理する
技術ソリューションチームのメンバーを指導・育成する
システム維持（維持・強化）
既存サービスの管理および機能強化
課題管理および維持管理
日本国内のディズニーストアのインフラ
セキュリティ監査 – TRONなど
アーキテクチャ設計、ロードマップ
必要に応じて、機能強化活動の明確化および主導
ベンダーマネジメント
関連するすべてのサービスプロバイダーおよび外部関係者との間で、効果的かつ建設的でプロフェッショナルな関係を維持する
チームマネジメント
技術ソリューションチームおよび維持・機能強化チームのメンバーを指導・育成する
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
リテールビジネスにおけるTech部門の統括経験
10年以上のシステム開発経験（実務開発経験を含む）
システム開発プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント（またはプロジェクトリーダー）の経験
開発パートナーと連携してプロジェクトを主導した経験
業務要件に基づいた技術設計（ソリューション設計）の経験
eコマースまたは小売業界での経験（あれば尚可）
アジャイル開発の経験（あれば尚可
Skills Required
技術スキル
システム開発スキル（実務経験を含む） – Java、SQLなど
