ウォルト・ディズニー・ジャパン株式会社のリターンシップ・プログラムは、様々な事情により一度正社員としてのキャリアを中断・離職された方のキャリア再開・職場復帰を支援するプログラムです。このプログラムは有給インターンシップにて実施し、技術的・専門的なスキルの向上や強化の機会を提供し、メンタリングなどのプログラムを通じてプロフェッショナルとしてのキャリアをサポートします。
プログラム概要：
- 3カ月から6カ月間の実務を通じて、技術的・専門的なスキルの強化・習得
- メンタリングプログラムを通じて、サポートネットワークの構築
- 多様なバックグラウンドを持つディズニーキャストやプロフェッショナルと働く機会
- 専任のリターンシップ・プログラム・チームによるサポートと指導
応募資格：
- 3年以上の社会人経験をお持ちの方
- 2年以上キャリアを中断されていた方
- キャリアを再スタートさせたいと考えている方
- 言語：日本語（母国語レベル）、英語（ポジションにより異なる）
ジョブサマリー:
- ライセンス契約管理業務、外部取引先（ライセンシー）アカウントの社内システム登録（MyID、DPE、他）
- ライセンシー企業担当者からのシステム関連問い合わせ対応、および、US担当部署へのシステムトラブル対応依頼、関連部署とのコーディネーション
- ライセンシーマーケティングサポート業務（プレスリリース内容確認コーディネーション、他）
- 社内のマーケティングミーティングへの参加
- その他チームアシスタント業務（会議の設定、業務委託への発注実務、プロダクトサンプル管理、新メンバー受け入れ業務、社内の他チームからの窓口的役割、出張手配、経費精算等）
