リターンシップ・プログラムについて
ウォルト・ディズニー・ジャパン株式会社のリターンシップ・プログラムは、様々な事情により一度正社員としてのキャリアを中断・離職された方のキャリア再開・職場復帰を支援するプログラムです。このプログラムは有給インターンシップにて実施し、技術的・専門的なスキルの向上や強化の機会を提供し、メンタリングなどのプログラムを通じてプロフェッショナルとしてのキャリアをサポートします。
プログラム概要：
- 3カ月から6カ月間の実務を通じて、技術的・専門的なスキルの強化・習得
- メンタリングプログラムを通じて、サポートネットワークの構築
- 多様なバックグラウンドを持つディズニーキャストやプロフェッショナルと働く機会
- 専任のリターンシップ・プログラム・チームによるサポートと指導
応募資格：
- 3年以上の社会人経験をお持ちの方
- 2年以上キャリアを中断されていた方
- キャリアを再スタートさせたいと考えている方
- 言語：日本語（母国語レベル）、英語（ポジションにより異なる）
職務記述
ジョブ・サマリー:
This returner will be responsible for CSR and internal communications.
職務内容:
- Support Disney Japan’s CSR initiatives, including managing our Children’s Hospital programs, coordinating VoluntEARS activities, and facilitating collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Internal communications. Write and edit internal news mails as well as assist in organizing internal events (town halls/coffee chat).
必須条件:
- Marketing/PR experience (3 yrs or more)
- English（TOEIC750～）
