応募資格：
- 3年以上の社会人経験をお持ちの方
- 2年以上キャリアを中断されていた方
- キャリアを再スタートさせたいと考えている方
- 言語：日本語（母国語レベル）、英語 (ビジネスレベル)
ジョブ・サマリー:
ディズニーストア商品部と一緒に働くソーシングチームのアシスタント業務を通じて商品開発プロセスや生産管理の基礎を習得
職務内容:
- ソーシングチームのアドミ業務サポート(納期などの管理面サポートやサンプルの送付等)
- データ入力とタイムリーなプロセスサポート(Product Lifecycle Managementシステムを使って生産追跡レポート等)
- サプライヤーやソーシングチームとの開発サンプルの入出荷状況のフォローアップ（トラッキングレポートの維持・更新を含む
- 特別なフォローアップや提出物のサポート"
- ソーシング/マーチャンダイズミーティングでの基本的な翻訳サポート
応募要件:
- 事務関連業務の経験が豊富であること。
- 英語および北京語または広東語に堪能であること。(プライオリティは英語)
- 複数のプロジェクトに取り組む能力。
- 日英での優れたコミュニケーション能力とプロジェクト管理能力
- 効果的な問題解決と分析能力
- データ分析（例：データプレゼンテーション、グラフ、エクセル等）
- 仕事に対する責任感が持てる方
- 迅速に学ぶことができる方
- 協調性のある方
- Microsoft Officeの基本・応用操作
