Job Summary:

Join Disney and help deliver world-class content — including Disney+ and Disney+ HotStar, Hulu — across worldwide! You’ll manage the localization, processing, and delivery of digital assets for Disney and 3rd-party titles, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure top-quality content reaches our consumers on time.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate creation and delivery of audio, video, subtitles, metadata, and artwork in multiple languages
  • Support dubbing and subtitling assets
  • Gather and input or QC metadata and artwork using Disney systems
  • Oversee vendor orders, delivery schedule, quality, and invoices
  • Manage schedules based on license, broadcast, or release dates
  • Resolve any operational issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Liaise with production or content teams
  • Work with licensors/distributors to secure needed assets
  • Continuously improve operational procedures

Communication Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Listens and asks questions to ensure understanding
  • Conveys relevant information in a candid and timely manner
  • Communicate with internal and external clients throughout APAC, and interacts well with people who have different backgrounds and work styles
  • Handle inquiries and complaints regarding any operation or technical issues from both internal and external parties, and provide solutions by working with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Establish & maintain a good working relationship with external vendors

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a television or media company 
  • Strong background in content localization, production, mastering, and digital distribution. 
  • Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent English and Japanese (or relevant local language)
  • Client servicing experience preferred
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and thrive under pressure
  • Great communicator & team player
