Join Disney and help deliver world-class content — including Disney+ and Disney+ HotStar, Hulu — across worldwide! You’ll manage the localization, processing, and delivery of digital assets for Disney and 3rd-party titles, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure top-quality content reaches our consumers on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate creation and delivery of audio, video, subtitles, metadata, and artwork in multiple languages
- Support dubbing and subtitling assets
- Gather and input or QC metadata and artwork using Disney systems
- Oversee vendor orders, delivery schedule, quality, and invoices
- Manage schedules based on license, broadcast, or release dates
- Resolve any operational issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise with production or content teams
- Work with licensors/distributors to secure needed assets
- Continuously improve operational procedures
Communication Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Listens and asks questions to ensure understanding
- Conveys relevant information in a candid and timely manner
- Communicate with internal and external clients throughout APAC, and interacts well with people who have different backgrounds and work styles
- Handle inquiries and complaints regarding any operation or technical issues from both internal and external parties, and provide solutions by working with the appropriate stakeholders
- Establish & maintain a good working relationship with external vendors
Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a television or media company
- Strong background in content localization, production, mastering, and digital distribution.
- Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent English and Japanese (or relevant local language)
- Client servicing experience preferred
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and thrive under pressure
- Great communicator & team player
