Organization Development & Talent Solutions（OTS）チームは、キャストのリーダーシップ能力、ビジネスセンス、キャリアなど、さまざまなことを学び、開発するためのサポートを行っています。私たちは、ラーニング＆デベロップメント、組織開発、タレントマネジメント、ダイバーシティ、エクイティ、インクルージョンという4つの主要なポートフォリオを担当しています。
職務内容:
- 以下ブランドキャラクターアートワーク作成サポート(Disney, PIXAR, Star wars, MARVEL, 20CS, National Geografic)、一部彩色補助、アイコンアート作成補助、
- 新規アート開発のためのアイデア捻出
- イラストレーターでのデジタルアートワーク作成補助
- フォトショップでのデジタルアートワーク作成補助
- 各種資料収集、作成
必須条件:
- 以下ツール等によるアート制作（Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip Studio）
- 勤務する上での常識的な挨拶、マナー等
- 20時間/週の中での最低3日の出勤、もしくは自宅作業
