ジョブ・サマリー:
Organization Development & Talent Solutions（OTS）チームは、キャストのリーダーシップ能力、ビジネスセンス、キャリアなど、さまざまなことを学び、開発するためのサポートを行っています。私たちは、ラーニング＆デベロップメント、組織開発、タレントマネジメント、ダイバーシティ、エクイティ、インクルージョンという4つの主要なポートフォリオを担当しています。
職務内容:
OTS日本チームのトレイニーは、主に以下の業務を担当します。
① オペレーション: 学習プログラム／セッションの前後におけるロジスティックなプランニングとサポートの提供
- 参加者の登録、カレンダーの招待
- 資料の準備、作成、仕分け
- 実際のセッション中のオンサイトまたはバーチャル（Zoom）ロジスティックサポート
- オンライン学習システム管理、出席／学習単位認定
- コース/セッションの評価とサマリー
- プログラム展開のエンドツーエンドプロセスの最適化
- プログラム/製品導入のための問い合わせ初期対応
② ブランディング＆コミュニケーション : 社内コミュニケーションおよびプロモーション資料の基本レイアウトとクリエイティブデザインのサポート
- 月刊ニュースレター
- プログラム/セッションのプロモーション/招待状
- コミュニケーションチャネル/ツールの探索と管理
- 基本的な編集と翻訳（英語から日本語、日本語から英語）
③ プロジェクト支援
- プロセス簡素化、ワークフロー分析、設計のサポート業務
- 特定のプロジェクトに対するロジスティック計画およびサポート業務
- APAC & Japan OTSチームから割り当てられたその他の業務またはチームプロジェクト

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力とプロジェクト管理能力
