Position Summary:
The youngest of all the ILM studios, the India studio leverages the expertise and technological know-how developed over 40 years at Industrial Light & Magic combined with the top artists and technicians in the region. Knowledge and culture flow freely between the company’s five studios and the global team shares tools and workflow allowing for seamless collaboration on all projects. As we grow ILM India, we are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to be one of the first members of our team and be a key part of this exciting opportunity.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Manages all New Starters, liaising with HR/IT for tech and all first day requirements coming into the studio, including new starter bags, FSA passes, tech

  • Manages outgoing and incoming mail, couriers and distribution.

  • Manages leavers, liaising with HR and IT

  • Manages distribution of all crew gear, branded goods and imported merchandise

  • Assists with arrangements and set ups of staff events, ergos, socials, screenings

  • Manages ordering for all office supplies - kitchen, stationary etc

  • Manages stocking of supplies received with the runner - kitchen, toilets, stationary, branded goods, crew gear.

  • Manages ad hoc requirements, emergencies and issues as they arise

  • Support for the wider Facilities Team including the Facilities Manager and Operations 

  • Manager

  • Proactively managing day to day maintenance of all buildings, including maintenance issues raised and internal requests

  • Reception duties - booking in visitors, managing the Envoy

  • Coverage of early and late shift when needed

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

● 5-6 years of experience in a Procurement role at start-ups or mid-size companies. 

● Should have some experience in office/facility administration. 

● Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; Post-Graduate degree is preferred. 

● Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

● Strong negotiation skills. 

● Experience in building and managing external relationships. 

● Process driven with a team-oriented approach. 

● Strong MS Word & Excel skills are preferred
