The Manager, HRBP is responsible for planning and executing HR Programs and strategies to support the needs of ILM through collaboration with stakeholders, HR specialist groups and other HR business partners. This role will support a client group within ILM and partner closely with other HRBP’s. They will serve as an expert consultant to production leaders on talent matters, including organizational design and leader effectiveness, talent and change management, learning needs/opportunities, DEI and employee engagement!
What You Will Do
Establishes and maintains deep understanding of the client organizations and business, in the interest of building effective and productive working relationships with internal partners and clients.
Handling Employee Relations/ Grievance Handling, Performance Management, Talent Planning/ Development, and partnering with Global Compensation/Operations teams
Emphasize a consultative approach, requiring the ability to quickly understand the business, anticipate needs, and provide solutions to business priorities
Handle key HR projects across all client groups.
Explicitly requires strong organizational and process management skills and the ability to function in a matrixed co-leadership environment.
Coach production leaders on HR policies, processes and management issues, including talent planning, learning and development, employee inclusion and engagement, and performance management to promote a culture of continuous growth and development.
Assists in designing and implementing HR solutions to business strategies, initiatives and challenges
Partners with the compensation team to lead pay for performance programs including annual merit review, bonus, promotions and out of cycle requests.
Partner with Talent Management and Training to assess talent capabilities and development needs based on business strategy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
8+ years of experiences as a Human Resources manager in any areas of organization development, talent acquisitions, talent development, ER, and compensation and benefits with Min. 3 years of HRBP experiences supporting multiple client groups.
Experience working with senior executives in an “influence without authority” role
Ability to perform with a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude, equally adept at thinking strategically and operationally
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage ambiguity – dealing with issues that do not always have a process or a system in place, and potentially with conflicting priorities and/or perspectives.
Strong business sense with a keen ability to quickly digest new information.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
Ability to gain trust and work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
Ability to identify the best solution and outcome for the organization and to balance between business partnership and employee advocacy.
Proactive, self-starter who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Education
A Masters degree in Human Resource Management will be preferred.
