Context:
This position is responsible for handling monthly, quarterly and annual accounting & closing activities, Controllership, Audits & Other MIS reporting for R2R finance area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely recording of Inventorization / Amortization for content
- Timely and accurate completion of Monthly Closing processes for R2R - Finance
- Preparation of monthly / Quarterly controllership & Balance sheet schedules.
- Prepare/Assist in compilation of various details for Statutory, Management and Internal Audits schedules.
- Ensure timely & Accurately processing of Vendor Invoices & payment
- Responsible for Interco. transaction control including timely reconciliations and confirmations
- Ensure timely reconciliation / alignment between SAP and Associated system ( e.g. Mediamorph etc.)
- Participate in new initiatives and projects and focus on Process improvements & automation.
- Support to tax team for submission of various details pertains to R2R Programming.
- Monitoring various hygiene areas like Open payables, and content related agreements etc.
- Communicating and develop good working relations with business teams will be key aspect for success.
