Dein Job:
- Mitwirkung bei der Personalbetreuung
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei ad-hoc HR Sonderthemen
- Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen für Mitarbeitende
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Projekten in der Personalentwicklung
- Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben einschließlich Datenpflege
Dein Profil:
- Studium der Wirtschafts-, Rechts- oder Sozialwissenschaften idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, Workday) sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Sehr hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit
- Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
