Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

The Supervisor Production and Asset Organization is coordinating, handling and supervising creative services for promo production processes from end to end.

You'll also look after workflow optimization, graphic and dubbing requirements and voice over recording for trailers - for linear TV Channels, digital platforms and campaigns. You'll look after the management of all respective assets includes local / regional reporting and sharing, quality management, as well as working with On-Air & Marketing Planning systems.

You will utilise your strong and adaptive communication skills to coordinate in-house and external collaborators and teams such as production, marketing campaign team, programming, operations, scheduling & Disney+ in the DACH region.

This role will require you to be onsite in our Munich office 4 days a week.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise and handle technical and organizational aspects of on air / digital asset productions

  • Administrate production workflow for all assets through effective project and production

  • Dispose all production-components: Graphics, audio + video elements

  • Supervise and manage postproduction bookings, on-air and off-air delivery

  • Organize packaging & revisioning

  • Asset delivery for internal and external partners and other Disney departments

  • Quality management for all delivered assets

  • Plan/dispose / brief internal & external production resources (freelancers, technical staff

  • Supervise and manage BMS Systems: What’s On / M360 (on-air data/planning system/GEMA)

  • Act as Casual Buyer, overseeing budgets and coordinating freelancer/ agency use and administration as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Professional experience in media technology

  • Ideally work experience in the area TV media/TV production/ online marketing sector

  • Strong organizational & project planning skills

  • Knowledge of content management systems, ideally also with broadcast and BMS tools (such as M360)

  • Independent & self-responsible demeanor to work, ability to effectively balance priorities

  • Ability to multitask and continuously deliver strong results in a fast pace, highly complex business environment

  • High degree of accuracy in any kind of work with attention to detail and follow-up

  • Digital affinity with a confident use of Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Excel and Word

  • Highly communicative & confident manner in taking care of business partners

  • Proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
