Job Summary:

The Ad Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in managing all execution aspects of paid media campaigns pertaining to tagging, tracking, audience verification, data capture strategy, and overall media technology, to ensure the timely launch and proper execution of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape, possesses excellent communication skills, and has the ability to ideate and collaborate across teams. This role will be 4 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Ad Operations Specialists to assist with and master all aspects of media trafficking.

  • Assist Ad Operations Specialist team with QA of trafficking sheets, reports, and other data sources for proper submission as well as correct taxonomy.

  • Assist with ad hoc projects, QA, and investigations

  • Proactively communicate with all internal teams (paid media, analytics, creative, etc.) at the onset of a campaign to identify and implement all creative and technical requirements

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products/businesses supported by a proven large-scale media property

Basic Requirements:

  • Prowess with Excel and other Office products

  • Exceptional attention to detail and aspiration toward perfection

  • Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done

  • Sense of humor and desire to have fun!

Basic Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Requirement:

  • 1+ years of ad operations experience either agency side or within the digital industry (inclusive of DSPs, ad-serving companies, etc.), trafficking large-scale paid media campaigns

  • Hands-on experience with DoubleClick Campaign Manager third-party ad serving a bonus


The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $61,500.00 to $82,2300.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
