We are looking for a motivated analyst who is ready to move beyond basic reporting and start driving business value. While this is an operationally fast-paced area, you will be part of a collaborative team that provides the mentorship and technical support needed to succeed. What You Will Do
Support the Ads Roadmap: Work with a manager and other analysts to design and analyze A/B tests that balance the user experience with key revenue goals.
Partner with Ads product teams to shape meaningful questions, define success metrics, and guide decision-making throughout the product development lifecycle, from early ideation to post-launch evaluation.
Be a Process Thinker: We value fresh eyes. As you learn our workflows, you’ll be encouraged to suggest more efficient ways to organize data or deliver insights.
Collaborative Partnering: Act as a data resource for our Ads Product teams. You’ll participate in cross-functional meetings, learning how to navigate shifting requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
Insight Discovery: Use SQL and Python to explore user behavior. You’ll move beyond "what happened" to help the team understand "why it happened."
