The Disney Advertising Streaming Solutions team is seeking an Associate Manager for the new Strategic Projects vertical who will be a critical addition to our team. As a member of the Streaming Solutions group within Client Partnerships, you will join a dynamic team that is responsible for driving revenue by building, pitching, and executing best-in-class sponsorship and partnership solutions leveraging the Hulu and Disney+ suite of content and ad products.
About The Role & Team
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Streaming Solutions - Strategic Projects, this role will support the development of a new vertical that drives multi-platform revenue growth within the Streaming Content team. The right candidate will pair storytelling skills with strategic thinking to craft data-driven, Streaming-first sponsorship/partnership opportunities, ultimately driving addressable revenue for Disney Advertising. Strong collaboration skills are critical in this role, as you work across internal and external partners to balance the needs of multiple constituents while pushing the ball forward.

Responsibilities:
Support the execution and maintenance of an annual and long-term strategic plan for streaming’s revenue growth, ensuring revenue tracking accuracy
Assist the Sr. Manager in facilitating collaboration across teams to identify innovative and market-leading ad sales opportunities tied to Hulu and Disney+ content, audience insights, and ad product capabilities
Assist the Sr. Manager in collaborating with internal partners such as RYM, Analytics and Addressable Sales to optimize available streaming opportunities in the marketplace and develop net new approaches to driving streaming revenue
Support our approach of Streaming growth holistically by building relationships and solutions with our internal content and solutions partners (Entertainment, Sports)
Under guidance of the Sr. Manager, identify opportunities for optimization, recommend processes to streamline, and maintain internal processes to promote cross-functional collaboration, operational efficiency, and revenue tracking
Create timely materials to push relevant opportunities in the market for the Sales team to drive revenue
Required Qualifications & Skills
At least 3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, streaming, or integrated marketing, with a strong track record of driving monetization opportunities at scale
Able to translate between high level strategy and the details of tactical planning and execution
Generalist digital business experience with sufficient fluency in finance, marketing, product, legal, and analytics domains
Creative thinking paired with a keen business acumen to analyze data to inform insights for overall strategy and specific sponsorship package development
Highly organized, expert attention to detail, time management skills, ability to multi-task
Proven ability to thrive in a highly matrixed organization that values relationship building with an aptitude for gaining consensus and collaboration for decisions and action
Strong interpersonal skills (especially in high stress environments) and professional presence
Exceptional written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills (both in creation and delivery)
Preferred Qualifications
Media and entertainment, or strategy and management consulting experience
Experience creating financial models and performing data analyses
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $91,200 to $122,300 per year and in Santa Monica, CA and Chicago, IL is $87,100 to $116,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
